The
field of education is not so easy. It is primarily because you always have to
keep yourselves updated. Being a professor is a continuous task. I am happy I
am able to impart knowledge to students, but somehow I feel agitated by the
fact that Professors are not being treated equally with regards to growth and pay
as compared to other fields.
However,
my complaint got vanished after I joined Faculty Row. Those who do not know
what is Faculty Row, then, it is an online platform for Teachers to teach. I
joined Faculty row a year back and I am fully satisfied with the work style and
the growth I have made. I registered with a nominal fee, made an attractive
profile and started getting job offers. Few days back I read about Faculty Row Spam, and I was amazed as to how it is possible because I am
attached to it and there is nothing negative I experienced till now.
I
grab so much information while having a discussion with my fellow teachers on
the website. With decent web exposure I got through faculty Row. I teach so
many students in college and now online as well. I am able to grow my
educational base along with the income, which was not happening in University
teaching.
I
believe, the amount of fee, teachers have to pay have given rise to the term
called Faculty Row Spam. But, for something good if we have to pay a
small fee, it is definitely worthwhile and good.
